's contest, The Sailor Dwarf Planets! I chose Sailor MakeMake, tried to incorporate a bird/feathers theme in her...you can clearly see the feathers in her tiara, there're a few in her hair-tie, and the bow behind her is meant to look sorta like wings, too.
